How fast does the PenCanvas support team respond?
We reply to every message by email, usually within one to two business days.
Can you help me bring my existing work and audience over?
Yes. You can import a subscriber list from a CSV, and writers can import DOCX, EPUB, PDF, Markdown and plain-text files into the editor. If an import does not come out right, send us a note.
How do custom domains work for my website?
On the Creator and Studio plans you add your domain in the Domain popup, copy the DNS records it shows to your registrar, and PenCanvas checks them and issues the SSL certificate once they resolve.
Do you take a cut of what I sell?
No. PenCanvas does not process payments. You create a payment link with the provider you already use and attach it to a button, page or bio link, so the buyer pays you directly and only that provider’s fees apply.
